All parcels are dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents on the outside. A signature is required on delivery — we never leave jewellery unattended. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
We ship to the EU, US, Canada, Australia, UAE, and other select countries. International shipments use DHL Express or FedEx and are fully insured for the declared value of the piece.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination — contact us before ordering and we'll give you an accurate quote including any estimated import duties for your country. Import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We're unable to mark jewellery as "gift" or undervalue items on customs declarations.
In-stock, unmodified rings can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchanged for a different size. The ring must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Resizing: If your ring just needs resizing, we'll do it free of charge. Send the ring back to us insured (we'll email return instructions) and we'll resize and return it within 1–2 weeks.
Bespoke and custom pieces — including rings made to a specific size on order, engraved items, and modified designs — cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
22K gold jewellery made to order follows the same policy as bespoke pieces. In-stock gold items can be returned within 30 days.
To initiate a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email sales@diamondhub.co.uk. We'll confirm the return address and arrange a prepaid label for UK returns on faulty items.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately. We take full responsibility for items damaged in transit.
